Tratamiento de los trastornos venosos del miembro superior
Resumen:
The incidence of venous thrombosis of the upperlimbs rises daily because of the growing usage ofinvasive techniques. Other etiologies are a/soana/ysed. A brief analysis of treatment with heparinand fibrinolytics is made. Surgical indication isreserved only far cases where medica/ treatmentfai/s, of in those cases where the postphlebiticsyndrome is invalidating.
La incidencia de trombosis venosa del miembrosuperior aumenta día a día debido al uso cada vezmás frecuente de técnicas invasivas; se analizantambién otras etiologías.
