The posterolateral thoracotomy aims to obtain wide access to the thoracic cavity through the opening of a whole interc: ostal space or a periosteal bed.
La toracotomía posterolateral tiene por objeto obtener un amplio acceso a la cavidad torárácica a través de la apertura de todo unespacio interc:ostal o un lecho perióstico.
