Nuestra experiencia con la coledocoscopía
Resumen:
The authors make a retrospective analysis of 198cases of biliar lithiasis surgery 11 O cases had notundergone choledoscopy (group 1) and 88 caseshad (group 2). They detail the most importanttechnical steps, global and specific morbimortalityThe latter is higher far group 1. A remarkabledecrease of residual lithiasis is pointed out fargroup 2.Conclusions: choledoscopy is an effective methofar decreasing complications in the biliar tree.Choledoscopy is not a substitute farcholangiography and its good results need alearning.
