There is a need to establish a precise diagnosis withoutde/ay, justifying diagnostica! and/or therapeuticalresections. lt is clear that there is a need to unify treatment by means of a team composed by pathologist,echographist far the study of regional extension, surgeon,clinical oncologist and radiotherapistas we/1 as a need tooutline a follow-up plan.
Es necesario establecer un diagnóstico preciso, sindilaciones en el tiempo, justificando las reseccionesdiagnósticas o terapéuticas o ambas.Resulta clara la necesidad de unificar el tratamiento através de un equipo integrado por anatomopatólogo,ecografista para estudio de la extensión locorregional,cirujano, oncólogo, clínico y radioterapeuta, así comoorganizando un plan de seguimiento
