Presenting four observations of a septectomy of the inter-wirsung-choledoclan wall. Stressed is the importance of obstruction of Wlrsung's duct in bllio-pancreatic affections and difficulties to arrive to a correct diagnosis in this field.
Se presentan 4 observaciones de septectomía del tabique lnterwirsungo-coledoclano. Se señala la importancia de las obstrucciones del canal de Wlrsung en las afecciones bilio-pancreáticas y las dificultades diagnósticas para llegar a un diagnóstico correcto.
