Abertura lateral de conductos biliares principales en la adventicia hidática: su tratamiento por desconexión quisto-biliar
Resumen:
In its expansiva evolution the hepatic hydatid cystproduces lateral or terminal piercing in main bile ducts,biliary or juxtabiliary. Said piercing cause immediatepost-operativa bilirrhage of variable duration and volume.When the bile running stops, it means that !he openinghas healed up and_ therefore, that !he canal whereit is located is -often- wholly or partially stenosed.
En su desarrollo expansivo el quiste hidático produceaberturas laterales o terminales en conductos bi·liares principales, hiliares o yuxtahiliares. Esas abertu·ras dan lugar a bilirragias postoperatorias inmediatas,de duración y volumen variables. Cuando cesa el corrimientobiliar ello significa que la abertura ha cicatrizadoy por ende que el conducto en que asienta -confrecuencia- se ha estenosado parcial o totalmente.
