Resumen:
El siguiente artículo abordará el surgimiento de las organizaciones vinculadas al tratamiento de la violencia doméstica y su construcción en un problema político/público, en el marco de la reorganización del movimiento de mujeres y feminista del Uruguay y las tensiones a que se enfrentan durante el período 1984-1995 en Uruguay. Asimismo, abordará como el movimiento de mujeres y feminista del Uruguay se ha vinculado con el Estado y los organismos internacionales durante ese proceso.
The following article will address the emergence of organizations linked to the treatment of domestic violence and its construction in a political / public problem, within the framework of the reorganization of the Uruguayan women's and feminist movement and the tensions they faced during the period. 1984-1995 in Uruguay. Likewise, it will address how the Uruguayan women's and feminist movement has linked with the State and international organizations during this process.
