As rereformas dos sistemas de pensões na América Latina e Europa Central e Oriental (2008 – 2016)
Resumen:
Análisis comparado de las re-reformas de las pensiones (estructurales y no estructurales) en América Latina y en Europa Central y Oriental (2008-2016). El objetivo del artículo son las re-reformas de las pensiones en el período (2008-2016). Los casos a ser examinados son ocho: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile y Uruguay, de América Latina, y Letonia, Hungría, Lituania y Polonia, de Europa Central y Oriental. En principio, los enfoques teóricos que testaremos son la teoría de recursos de poder, la teoría neoinstitucionalista, la teoría del legado histórico y la teoría neodependentista. Explicitaremos la elección de indicadores para cada una de las teorías y utilizaremos la metodología QCA en alguna de sus variantes.
Comparative analysis of pension re-reforms in Latin America and Central and Eastern Europe (2008-2016). The cases to be examined are: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Uruguay, from Latin America, and Latvia, Hungary, Lithuania and Poland, from Central and Eastern Europe In principle, the theoretical approaches used are the theory of power resources, the neoinstitutionalist theory, the theory of the historical legacy and the neodependence theory. We will explain the choice of indicators for each of the theories and we will use the QCA methodology.
Análise comparativa das re-reformas previdenciárias na América Latina e na Europa Central e Oriental (2008-2016). Os casos a serem examinados são: Argentina, Bolívia, Chile e Uruguai, da América Latina, e Letônia, Hungria, Lituânia e Polônia, da Europa Central e Oriental. Em princípio, as abordagens teóricas utilizadas são a teoria dos recursos de poder, a teoria neoinstitucionalista, a teoria do legado histórico e a teoria da neodependência. Explicaremos a escolha dos indicadores para cada uma das teorias e utilizaremos a metodologia QCA.
