Reluctance in the life insurance contract in the light of the new projects
Resumen:
Teniendo en cuenta que un Proyecto de ley se encuentra a estudio del Parlamento, siendo su aprobación inminente –al menos en apariencia– nos proponemos analizar el instituto de la reticencia en el contrato de seguro de vida, un tema sumamente vigente, pero con la particularidad de abordarlo a la luz de la legislación actual y, al mismo tiempo, desde la perspectiva de la futura ley.
Given that a draft law is being examined by Parliament, and due to its imminent approval -at least apparently– our aim is to analyze the institution of reluctance on the life insurance contract, an issue extremely current, but with the particularity of addressing it in the light of current legislation and at the same time, from the perspective of the future law.
