The plurinational state identity as cohesive element (not differentiating) of citizenship
Resumen:
El presente trabajo analiza el fenómeno de la coexistencia dentro de un mismo territorio estatal de diversas identidades nacionales, buscando encontrar la relación entre la percepción que el mismo Estado realiza de tal situación y su uso como elemento que cohesione y no diferencie a los ciudadanos a través de la educación. Las tesis del republicanismo y el federalismo plurinacional serán las claves para el entendimiento de este proceso.
This paper analyses the phenomenon of coexistence inside the same State territory of distinctive nationals identities, looking for the relation between the self perception of the State and the use of that situation like a cohesive element through the education. The republicanism and the plurinational federalism’s tesis are the keys to understand this process.
