La memoria de las víctimas de crímenes de lesa humanidad
Resumen:
Cuatro cuestiones se tratan en el presente escrito, con la finalidad de revindicar la importancia de la memoria de las víctimas a 45 años del golpe de Estado ocurrido en Chile. En primer lugar, una breve aproximación a los cotidianos golpes a la memoria de las víctimas de crímenes de lesa humanidad. En segundo lugar, explicaremos la razón subyacente de los crímenes de lesa humanidad, es decir, cómo estos delitos ofenden la cualidad del ser humano y por qué ofenden a toda la humanidad. En tercer lugar, analizaremos el imperativo categórico de Theodor W. Adorno, el cual interpretaremos en clave de deber de memoria. Finalmente, desarrollaremos las tres estrategias que constituyen el deber de memoria: el nunca más, reconciliación social y evitar el asesinato hermenéutico de la víctima, esto es, el olvido.
Four issues are addressed in this document, with the purpose of claiming the importance ofthe memory of the victims 45 years after the coup d'état in Chile. In the first place, a briefapproach to the daily blows to the memory of the victims of crimes against humanity.Second, we will explain the underlying reason for crimes against humanity, that is, howthese crimes offend the quality of the human being and why they offend all of humanity. Inthe third place, we will analyze the categorical imperative of Theodor W. Adorno, which wewill interpret in the key duty of memory. Finally, we will develop the three strategies thatconstitute the duty of memory: the never again, social reconciliation and avoid thehermeneutical murder of the victim, that is, oblivion.
