El presente artículo aborda el diagnóstico organizacional feminista de un sindicato de trabajadoras y trabajadoras cosechadoras citrícolas en el departamento de Salto en Uruguay. Para llevar a cabo la investigación recurrimos a métodos combinados, privilegiando un análisis del sector de la actividad citrícola y un estudio de caso centrado en analizar los factores organizacionales sindicales que favorecen u obturan la participación equitativa de trabajadores y trabajadoras en el sindicato rural. El texto se estructura en cuatro apartados. En el primero se explicita la pertinencia de un abordaje organizacional feminista a partir de una revisión de antecedentes y poniendo en diálogo estudios clásicos sobre teoría organizacional y teoría feminista. En el segundo se abordan la feminización de la mano de obra y la intermediación contractual como características de la conformación del mercado de trabajo y de la organización del trabajo en la citricultura salteña. El tercer apartado se centra en el caso de estudio, abordando la historia del sindicato y el diagnóstico organizacional en sí. Por último, se identifican una serie de núcleos - problema que constituyen barreras a la participación de las mujeres en el sindicato, concluyendo que las desigualdades de género en el mundo del trabajo rural asalariado se perpetúan en la organización sindical rural.

This article deals with the feminist organizational diag nosis of a labor union of citrus' harvesters in the department of Salto , Uruguay. In order to carry out the research, we used combined methods with which we analyzed the citrus sector based on a case study approach. The aim of the study was to analyze the union organizational factors favoring or preventing equal participation of male and female workers in the rural union. The text is structured in four sections. In the first section, the pertinence of a feminist organizational approach is made explicit by reviewing the antecedents and putting into dialogue classical studies on organizational theory and feminist theory. The second deals with the feminization of the labor force and contractual intermediation as characteristics of the conformation of the labor market and the organization of work in the citriculture of Salta. The third section focuses on the case study, dealing with the history of the trade union and the organizational study itself. Finally, a series of core problems are identified that constitute barriers to women's participation in the labor union, concluding that gender inequalities in the world of rural salaried work are perpetuated in the rural union organization.
