El presente proyecto analiza las prácticas discursivas sobre factores humanos en aviación tomando como referencia el plan de estudios 2017 de la Escuela Militar Aeronáutica. Para tal fin, se consideró la bibliografía de las unidades 4 y 5 de la asignatura Seguridad de Vuelo y Prevención de Accidentes I del segundo año de la carrera Licenciatura en Defensa Militar Aeroespacial. Se partió de la premisa de que dichas prácticas discursivas están lejos de ser naturales y que participan en la construcción del fenómeno a estudiar. En este sentido, aproximarnos a un entendimiento de las mismas nos permite conocer más sobre la temática. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación se utilizó un abordaje cualitativo. De este modo, se analizaron las prácticas discursivas con sus particularidades y se tomaron como referencia los criterios compartidos por Ian Parker para el análisis de discurso. Se analizaron las prácticas discursivas identificadas integrando distintas dimensiones de análisis. De igual forma, se puso foco en los aportes de la psicología en este campo y en determinar si esta disciplina aborda la salud mental en este contexto. Finalmente, se exploró la configuración del campo en el cual se construyen estas prácticas discursivas, buscando así contribuir al área y ampliar el conocimiento sobre las características de los factores humanos en aviación en Uruguay.

This project analyzes discursive practices regarding human factors in aviation, using the 2017 curriculum of the Military Aeronautical School as a reference. To this end, the bibliography from Units 4 and 5 of the "Flight Safety and Accident Prevention" course, taught in the second year of the Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Military Defense, was considered. The study is based on the premise that these discursive practices are far from being natural and actively contribute to constructing the phenomenon under examination. In this sense, gaining a deeper understanding of these practices allows for a better comprehension of the subject matter. A qualitative approach was employed to conduct this research. The discursive practices were analyzed in detail, taking into account their specific characteristics and following the criteria for discourse analysis proposed by Ian Parker. The identified discursive practices were analyzed by integrating different dimensions of analysis. Similarly, emphasis was placed on the contributions of Psychology in this field and on determining whether this discipline addresses mental health in this context. Finally, the configuration of the field in which these discursive practices are constructed was explored, aiming to contribute to the area and expand knowledge about the characteristics of human factors in aviation in Uruguay.
