Sujetos del fideicomiso testamentario (en el derecho argentino y uruguayo)
Resumen:
El autor analiza comparativamente el régimen jurídico del fideicomiso y los sujetos intervinientes, formalizados en un testamento, en el derecho argentino y el derecho uruguayo. Describe sus características, derechos y obligaciones, así como los principios generales de los respectivos códigos civiles y determina especialmente las consecuencias de las normas del derecho de herencia conforme a las leyes que rigen en ambos ordenamientos jurídicos.
The author analyzes comparatively the legal regime of the trust subjects formalized in a will,under Argentine law and Uruguayan law, describing their characteristics, rights and obligations, conform to the laws governing the trust in both legal orders, the general principles of the respectives civil codes and specifically determining the consequences of framing the act and subjects at the rules of inheritance law.
