Following clínica! observation of a patient the author presents the hypothesis that splenectomy favours an increase of splenic artery flow towards pancreas.and is thus beneficia! to it.
A propósito de una observación clínica, el autor plantea como hipótesis de trabajo, el hecho de que la esplenectomía al favorecer un aumento del flujod0 la arteria esplénica al páncreas, pueda beneficiar a este último.
