Spontaneous hemoperitoneum
Hemoperitoneo espontáneo
Resumen:
Three cases of spontaneous hemoperitoneum are reported. They presented the following common features: 1) they began as an acute abdomen; 2) they presented evident anemia; 3) bleeding was the first clinic demonstration of the illness; 4) there was a preexistant pathologic condition and it was evident in the operation. Considerations about etiology diagnosisand treatment are described.
Presentamos tres casos de hemoperitoneo espontáneo de piso supramesocólico, que presentaban los siguientes caracteres comunes: 1) se iniciaron como un cuadroagudo de abdomen; 2) presentaron anemia evidente; 3) la hemorragia fue la primera manifestación clínica de laenfermedad; 4) existía en ellos una afección preexistente y evidenciable en el acto quirúrgico.Se hacen consideraciones acerca de la etiología, diagnóstico y tratamiento del hemoperitoneo espontáneo.
