Resumen:

COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN THE ALKALINE PHOSPH ATASE AND GAMM AGLUT AMYL TRAN SPEPTIDASE ON THEDIAGNOSISOFHEPATICMETASTASES.In order to evaluate the utility on the diagnosis ofthe hepatic metas tases, the authors evaluated in 48patients with digestive carcinomas, the activity ofthe Alkaline Phosphatase (FA) and the GammaGlutamil Transpeptidase (GGT). lt was an studypreoperatory, prospective and blind. Evaluatedstatistically the GGT was a superior test than the FAin the diagnosys of hepatic metastases, specially forits better sensitivity. Both enzymes showed a higherpr edktive value in the hepatic metastases. than inassure its existence.

Ambasenzimas mostraron mayor valor predictivo endescartar las metástasis hepáticas que en asegurar suexistencia. comparative study between the alka line phosph atase and gamm agl ut amyl tran speptidase on the diagnosisofhepaticmetastases.
