Quistes no parasitarios de hígado
Resumen:
Five cases of non parasitic livers systs are described. After revising different aspects of this subject and national case-material, the author remarks that dysphagia, a rare symptom, was present in one of the cases; that hepatectomy may become imperative by reason of successive recurrences; that internal derivation solved a case of fistulization; and that cystectomy, if feasible, is the ideal treatment.
Se presentan cinco observaciones de quistes no parasitarios del hígado. Se hace una revisión sobre distintos aspectos del tema y del casuísica nacional agregaindo: que la disfagia, síntoma raro, estaba presente en un caso; que la hepatéctomía puede volverse Imperiosa por as sucesivas recidivs, que la derivación intera solucionó un caso de fistulización y que la quisteetomía de ser factible es el tratamiento ideal.
