Resumen:

Nipple adenomas are an uncommon mammary disease. Its interest lies in its possible clínica! confusion with Paget's disease and its possible histopathologic confusion with a ductal carcinoma of a low degree of nalignity. lt is an essentially benign process; which heals with local excision. The authors present 3 cases of his disease developed as erosive costrous lesions of the nipple, of a long-term evolution.Its origm in the sweat glands of the nipple or in the terminal sector of the nipple. ducts is discussed, and the techniques of lo¡al excision of the nipple, necessary for its treatment, are described. The possible consequences of such excision on the underlying mammary gland are analyzed.


  Los adenomas del pezón son una afección mamaria infrecuente. Su interés deriva de su posible confusión ínica oon una enfermedad de Paget y u posible confusión histopatológica con un carcinoma, ductal de bajo grado de malignidad. Se trata de un proceso esencialmente benigno, que ura con una exéresis local. Los autores presentan3 casos demostrativos de esta afección manjfestadoscomo lesión erosivo-costrosa del pezón,  de larga evolución. Se discute su origen, en las glándufas sudoríparas del pezón o en el sector terminal de los conductos galactóforos y se describen las técnicas de exéresis local del pezón necesarias para su tratamiento, analizando las posibles consecuencias de dicha exéresis sobre la glándula mamaria subyacente.
