Ultrasonic cholecystography
Colecistografía ultrasónica
Resumen:
The authors analyzed the cases of 97 patíents studied for theír accesory biliary tract pathology. All of them were studied with ultrasonogi:aphy; and 31 of the cases were also studied with colecistography and after that operated on.Both methods are compared with each other and with the operative fíndíngs. The series is analyzed; drawíng the respective concordance and safety ratios from the different situations presented; emphasizíng the value of ultrasonography in a iaundiced patient a patient with an acute condition orparietal neoplastic involvement and giving valuable additional information of the regional sorroundings in all cases. The authors establish the current indications of ultrasonography and the approach of a patient suspicious of gall bladder pathology; concluding how promising the method analyzed can be in the future.
