Resumen:
The authors present an infrequent case of abdominal trauma in a carrier of inguinal hernia. They discuss special features as regards physiopathology, diagnosis and therapeutics of these patients. They advise integral therapeutics of lesions, including parietal repair in the presence of locorregional bacteria/ contamination.
Presentamos un caso poco frecuente de traumatismo abdominal en un paciente portador de hernia inguinal. Discutimos las características especiales de la fisiopatología, diagnóstico y terapéutica de estos pacientes.Concluimos aconsejando la terapéutica integral de las lesiones encontradas, incluida la reparación parietal en presencia de contaminación bacteriana locorregional.
