Indicaciones y técnica en la rotación del fascia-lata en la reparación de brechas abdominales
Resumen:
The paper updates a surgical technique which is easy to apply and shoyld be included among the therapeutic weapons of all surgeons who have to deal with large gaps in the abdominal wall. Details of this technique, considered by the authors as highly valuable, are discussed.
Se pone al día una técnica quirurgica de fácil aplicación que debe estar en el arsenal terapéutico de todo cirujano, que se ve enfrentado a tratar grandes brechas de_ la pared abdominal. Se puntualiza sobre los detalles de técnica, que los autores consideran de gran valor.
