Resumen:
The author presents a case of traumatic hemobilia in a seven-year-old girl, cured by cholecystostomy. The original trauma caused a brain coma and aassociated rupture of the liver and spleen. Regarding this case, 15 published cases are reviewed.
El autor presenta un caso de hemobilia traumática en una niña de siete años, curada por colecistostomía. El traumatismo original provocó un coma encefálico y unaruptura asociada del hígado y bazo. Con respecto a este caso se revisan 15 casos publicados.
