Breast cancer has a high mortality index in ourcountry; metastatic diseases is the main conditionresponsible for deaths.The paper deals with the clinical case of a patientsuffering from Jejunal metastases of a lobular adenocarcinomaof mamma, in which both made theirappearance concomitantly. sive intestinal condition requiring urgency surgicaltreatment invo/ving a jejunal tumor resection. El cáncer de mama presenta una alta mortalidaden nuestro medio siendo la enfermedad metastásicala principal responsable de las muertes.Se presentó el caso clínico de una paciente portadorade metástasis yeyunales de un adenocarcinomalobular de mama, en que ambos se manifestaronen forma concomitante.La presentación de este secundarismo fue un cuadrooclusivo intestinal, que requirió tratamientoquirúrgico de urgencia con resección de un tumoryeyunal. En la misma internación se puncionó unnódulo mamario con citología indeterminada paracáncer. No se prosiguió estudio, y seguramenteello contribuyó en el error diagnóstico inicial decarcinoide de intestino.
