A case of Paget's sease of the breas/ in males ispresented; clinical presenta/ion consisted of the presenceof a palpable tumor associated to nipple and areolaeczema. lt is an infrequent case, which can de/aydiagnosis and eatment. The clinical and histologicalaspects of this rare tumor are analysed and a review ofcases published in intenational literature is made
Presentamos un caso de enfermedad de Paget de lamama en el hombre, caracterizada por la presencia deun tumor palpable, asociado a eczema del pezón y laaréola.Se trata de una afección poco frecuente, que puederetardar el diagnóstico y tratamiento.Analizamos los caracteres clínicos e histológicos deeste peculiar tumor, así como realizamos una reisión delos casos publicados en la literatura intenacional.
