Resumen:

On occasion of the presentation of three cases submitted to enteral feeding with continuous flow and low lischarge, the different methods of complementary feeding are revised and analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of each of them are taken into consideration. The technique of enteral feeding by continuous flow is described. Clinical cases are discussed, and the method is accepted as satisfactory.


A propósito de la presentación de tres casos sometidos a la alimentación enteral a flujo continuo y gasto bajo se revisan y se alalizan losdiferentes métodos de alimentación complementaria. Se consideran las ventaja,s e inconvenientes d,e cada uno. Se describe la técnica de la aliment•ación enteral a flujo continuo. Se discuten los casos clínicos aceptanrdo el método como satisfactorio.
