Hemorragia digestiva masiva por ulcus duodenal: su tratamiento por hemostasia directa, vagotomía y piloroplastia
Resumen:
A survey 15 carried out of 15 · cases of bleeding duodenal ulcus in which direct hemostasis, pyloroplasty and vagotomy were performed. Following a discussion of the involvedprocedures, a number of conclusions are drawn.
Se presentan 15 casos de ulcus duodenal sangrante, en los -cuales se realizó hemostasia directa, piloroplastia y vagotomía. Se hacen distintas consideraciones sobre ellos.Se discuten y se hacen conclusiones.
