Hamartoma gástrico: dos casos tratados con resección local
Resumen:
Two patients with gastric hamartoma were studied clinically and diagnosis was established during surgery. Treatment consisted of simple resection of tumoralmass. Pre-operatory endoscopy and extemporaneous biopsy make diagnosis possible and help to establish surgical tactics for this rare gastric conclition.
Los autores runalizan 2 observaciones clínicas de hamartoma gástrico, diagnosticadas en el acto operatorio y tratadas con resección simple de la masa tumoral. La endoscopía pre•-operatoria y la biopsia extemporánea permiten el diagnóstico preciso y la táctica operatoria apropiada a esta rara afección gástrica.
