"Second Look" en el postoperatorio de resección por necrosis intestinales
Resumen:
Prophylactic reoperations during postoperatory of intestinal necrosis resection are indicated whenever there is the smallest doubt as to intestinal vitality or suspected extension of· necrosis during postoperatory. They should be performed early, at 36 - 48 hours, before onset of symptoms indicating peritonitis.Case material consists of 3 patients with good evolution.
Las reintervenciones profilácticas en el postoperatorio de resecciones por necrosis intestinales, están indicadas toda vez que se dude de la vitalidad intestinal, o se sospeche la extensión de la necrosis en el postoperatorio. Deben realizarse precozmente, a las 36 - 48 horas, antes que aparezcan elementos de peritonitis. Se presentan tres observaciones clínicas, con buena evolución.
