Deep retroperitoneal fibromatosis including ureter, right iliac vessels and vaginal stump
Fibromatosis profunda retroperitoneal incluyendo uréter, vasos ilíacos derechos y muñón vaginal
Resumen:
A multiparous patient who had undergone hysterectomytour years earlier due to myomatosis, is seen because ofa so/id tumor of right iliac fossa, not very painful, whichcaused hydronephrosis and obstruction of the rightexterna/ iliac vein.The tumor, which was so/id and well limited, wasresected together with part of the right iliac veins and afragment of urether.The ureteral stump was reimplanted in the bladder. Thetumor disection took the vaginal stump to the placewhere it was implanted. lt was interpreted as a deepretroperitoneal fibromatosis originated in the vaginalstump and remains of the cervix. Evolution after threeyears was exce//ent.
Una multípara, histerectomizada por miomatosis cuatroaños antes, consulta por tumor sólido de fosa ilíacaderecha, poco doloroso que determinó una hidronefrosisy obstrucción de vena ilíaca externa derecha.El tumor que era sólido y bien limitado fue resecado juntocon parte de las venas ilíacas derechas y un fragmentode uréter. El muñón ureteral fue reimplantado en lavejiga. La disección del tumor llevó al muñón vaginaldonde estaba implantado. Se interpretó como unaFibromatosis profunda retroperitonea/ originada en elmuñón vaginal y los restos del cuello uterino. Laevolución de tres años fue excelente.
