Fibrosis maligna retroperitoneal Oclusión rectal, duodenal y ureteral
Resumen:
The authors present two clinical observations ofretroperitoneal malignan/ fibrosis; one of them wassecondary to breast cancer and the other to cancer of thepanchreas. Both cases presented rectal, duodenal andureteral occlusion. They were treated by means ofgastroenterostomy, colostomy, ureterostomy andpyelostomy. A survival of six month was obtained in oneof the cases.
Los autores relatan dos observaciones clínicas defibrosis retroperitoneal maligna secundaria, una de ellasa un cáncer mamario y otra a un cáncer de páncreas.Ambos casos presentaron oclusión duodenal, ureteral yrectal. Fueron tratados con gastroenterostomía,colostomía, ureterostomía y pielostomía.En uno de ellos se consiguió una sobrevida de seismeses.
