Los tumores primitivos de la pared torácica son excepcionales.Determinan problemas diagnósticos que,¡,n la mayoría de los casos terminan con la biopsia ex•temporánea o el estudio histológico por inclusión enparafina.Los autores presentan un caso de hemangiopericitomamaligno de pared de tórax. Se solucionó con la re•sección en bloque del mismo más la pared torácicasobre el sector en que asentaba y cierre de la brechacon malla de marlex. No se le asoció otro tratamiento
