There is no uniform criteria concerning the conductto be followed in the incidental finding of aMeckel's diverticulum. The conduct suggested is basedon the possibiiities of ulterior complications andthe seriousness of the patient's condition.
No existe un criterio uniforme acerca de laconducta a ad,optar ante el hallazgo incidentalde un divertículo de Meckel.Los autores plantean una conducta basadaen las pofibilidades de complicación ulterior yla gravedad del paciente.
