Falla de suturas digestivas
Resumen:
No surgeon can deny having experienced leakage of digestive sutures. It is this complication that points to him as the one directly responsible fer omissions inpre-operative workout of his patient; far defect and/or errors in technique; for recognition of the situation as one of "leakage risk"; for the need of intensive carewhich will permit the early detection of this condition; and for the important responsability in indicating and carrying out reoperation.
Ningún cirujano puede negar experiencia en falla de sutura digestiva. Es la complicación que lo responsabiliza directamente por las omisiones en el estudio y la preparación de su paciente, por los defectos y/o errores de técnica, por el reconocimiento de la situación de "riesgo de falla", por la necesidad de cuidados intensivos para el diagnóstico temprano y por la más grave responsabilidad de indicar y ejecutar la reintervención.
