Ruptura gástrica aislada por traumatismo cerrado de abdomen
Resumen:
The isolated gastric rupture in abdominal closed injuries is exceptional. It is favoured. by gastric repletion and flaccidity of the abdominal wall. The authors report 2 cases in 5 and 10 year-old children: a perforation of the anterior wall of the stomach, close to the lesser curvature and the other, a double perforation of the posterior slope of the greater curvature.Both of them were solved by simple closing and the post-operative evolution was satisfactory.
La ruptura gástrica aislada en los traumatismos cerrados de abdomen es excepcional. La favorecen el estado de repleción gástrica y la flaccidez de la pared abdominal. Los autores presentan 2 casos en niños de 5 y 10 años: una perforaciónde cara anterior, próxima a la pequeña curva y otra doble perforación de vertiente posterior de curvatura mayor. Ambas fueron solucionadas por cierre simple, siendo la evolución postoperatoria favorable.
