Hipertrombicidad
Resumen:
Thrombophilic states have their humoral expression in a triad: hyperadhesiveness and aggregability of plateletes; kinetic or chronometric hypercoagulability; dynamicor structural hypercoagulability. In surgery, these three pillars appear after the fifth day of the post-operatory period and decrease gradually after the 15th.
El estado trombofílico se expresa humoralmente por un tríptico: hiperadhesividad y agregabilidad plaquetarias; hipercoagulabilidad cinética o cronométrica; hipercoagulabilidaddinámica o estructural. En cirugía, estos tres pilares comienzan a manifestarse a partir del 59 día del postoperatorio para decrecer paulatinamente apartir del 159 día.
