Quistes tímicos
Resumen:
Since a case of thymic cyst has been observed, its clinic, radiologic and histopathologic elements are briefly summarized. The small number of cases of this disease is emphasized; a possible embriologic origin is synthetized and the necessary elements to perform a diagnosis of the case of true thymic cyst are exposed.
Con motivo de la observación de un caso de quiste tímico, se hace una breve reseña de sus elementos clínicos, radiológicos e histopatológicos. Se insiste en la poca frecuencia de estaafección, se sintetiza su posible origen embriológico ·y se exponen los elementos necesarios para hacer diagnóstico de quiste verdadero de timo.
