Report on a new procedure for peritoneal drainage by means of a thick tube laterally perforated and connected by its end to a thin plastic tube system which serves as air intake or for washing purposes if serum is injected into it using pressure. These drains are always permeable and may by withdrawn by, isplacing them outwards and placed back in position means of the washing tube which guides them into place.

Se describe un nuevo procedimiento de drenaje peritoneal mediante un tubo grueso fenestrado lateralmente unido por su extremo interno a una tubuladura fina de plástico que actúa como toma de aire o lavador según se deje abierta o se inyecte por ella suero a prefon. Estos drenajes quedan siempre permeables y pueden retirarrn desplazándolo" hacia afuera y volviéndolos a colocar en posición mediante el tubo lavador que lo llega a su lugar.
