Resumen:
Author studys two aspects of treatment: intraoperativeexploration, and repair procedures. As regards exploration,it must be exhaustive and very thorough withextensive movilization in order to avoid the possibility ofnot recognizing a duodenal lesion which will certainlyevolve to a retro-peritoneal abscess or diffuse peritonitisand eventually death.
En el tratamiento de los T.D. examinamos dos aspectos:la exploración intraoperatoria y el procedimientode reparación.Respecto a la exploración, ésta debe ser exhaustiva,minuciosa con amplios decolamientos. No podemospermitirnos la posibilidad de desconocer una lesiónduodenal que terminará seguramente en absceso retroperitonealo en peritonitis difusa y eventual muerte.
