Aneurisma de aorta tóraco-abdominal multisacular: tratamiento quirúrgico
Resumen:
A case of !horaco-abdominal aortic aneurysm in a 38years old patient is reported. lts origin probably relatedto a syphilitic aortitis. lts extention along the spinalcord was from D 1 o to L 2 and transversal dlameter was10 cm. lts inferior neck was immedlatly over the renalarteries.
Se presenta un caso de un paciente de 38 años conaneurisma de aorta tóraco-abdominal, de probableetiología luética que tomaba desde D 10 a· L 2 teniendounos 10 cm de diámetro en sentido transversal. Elcuello inferior se encontraba directamente por encimade las arterias renales.
