Resumen:
The authors study changes in gastric mucosa afterdifferent post-gastrectomy assembiles, employingthree series of seven, eight, and five animals each.Chronic gastritis of various degrees and intestinal metaplasiaranging from minimal to moderate was ·obtained.The authors come to the conclusion that le•sions are most severe after gastrojejunostomy, inter•mediate after gastrojejunostomy on Roux-en-Y loop,and milder after gastroduodenostomy.
Se estudian los cambios en la mucosa gástrica luegode diferentes montajes post-gastrectomía. Se emplean3 series de 7, 8 y 5 animales cada una. Se obtiene gastritiscrónica de diferentes grados y metaplasia intestinalde mínima a moderada. Los autores concluyen que laslesiones son mayores en la gastroyeyunostomía, intermediasen la gastroyeyunostomia sobre asa desfuncionalizaday menores en la gastroduodenostomía.
