This topic draws its importance from the fact that any abdominal surgeon may find that the process causing laparatomy is in the genital tract or inthe genital tract there is a concomitant pathological problem whose treatment must be resolved at that time.

Este, tema extrae su importancia del hecho de que cualquier cirujano abdominal, puede encontrarse con que el proceso en causa de la laparatomía está en el aparato genital o que enel aparato genital existe un problema patológico concomitante cuyo tratamiento debe ser resuelto en ese momento.
