Report on one case of blunt hepatic traumatism, with lesion of pastero - superior area of right lobe anddivulsion of rig:ht suprahepatic and severa! accessor)" suprahepatics of the cava. The patient was successfully operated by atypical hepatectomy of segments 7 and 8.
Se presenta una •observación de traumatismo hepático romo con lesión de la parte póstero -supertor del lóbulo derecho y arrancamiento de la suprahepática derecha y de varias suprahepáticas accesorias de la cava, resuelta exitosamente con una hepatectomia atípica de los segmentos 7 y 8.
