Vesicular Lithlasis: are there cases in which intraoperative cholangiography may be obviated?
Litiasis vesicular: ¿existe el caso en el cual la colangiografía intraoperatoria puede ser obviada?
Resumen:
Retrospective study of a series of 81 cholecystectomizedpatients, also subjec to intraoperative cholangiographyand exhibiting the following requisítes:single or multiple vesicular llthiasis, with gallstonesmore than 3 cm in diameter, fine cystic canal, no galls•tones in C.B.D. palpation, hepato-choledocho no largerthan 7 mm and absence of pancreatitis. In none ofthem the intraoperative cholangiography lndicatedlithlasis of C.B.D. neither pathology and/or biliary associatedanomalies having a surgical meanlng.
Estudio retrospectivo de 81 enfermos coleclstecto•mlzados y en los cuales se efectuó C.1.0. que reunieronlos siguientes requisitos: litiasis vesicular única o múltiplecon cálculos mayores de 3 cm de diámetro, císticofino, no palpación de cálculos en la VBP, hepato-colédocono mayor de 7 mm y ausencia de pancreatitis.
