Primary Mali nant Lymphomas of Stomach: Analysis and rollow up of 10 cases
Linfomas malignos primarios del estómago: análisis y seguimiento de 10 observaciones
Resumen:
The authors analyze a series of 10 patients with primary gastric lymphomas where the difficulties and even the impossibility of a positive clinical and paraclinical diagnosis are highlighted spontaneously, obscured by the higher frequency and similar appearance of carcinoma; 2) the importance of the histopathological studydirect from visceral injury; 3) the best response to surgical or combined treatment and therefore the best prognosis for this condition compared to gastric carcinoma.
Los autores analizan una serie de 10 pacientes con linfomas gástricos prima-rios donde se ponen e relieve espontáneamente las dificultades y aún la imposibilidad de un diagnóstico positivo clínico y paraclínico, oscurecido por la mayor frecuencia y similar aspecto del carcinoma; 2) la importancia del estudio histopatológicodirecto de la lesión visceral; 3) la mejor respuesta al tratamiento quirúr.gico o combinado y por ende el mejor pronóstico de esta afección comparada con el carcinoma gástrico.
