Resumen:
The paper gives an account_ of five cases oí ventricular wounds ( three of the right ventricle and two of the left) with a favourable evolution and total anatomical and functional restitution. The author points out th.at the therapeutical problem is one of surgical decision rather than one of surgical technique.Diagnosis · and therapy are considered and an ana1ysis is made of a new type of lesion produced as a consequence of surgical diagnosis manoeuvres.
Se presentan cinco casos de heridas ventriculares, tres de ventrículo izquierdo ( dos de punta y uno de cara lateral) y dos de ventrículo derecho ( uno de cámara de expulsión y otro de vértice) que evolucionaronfavorablemente, existiendo una restitución anatómica y funcional total. Destacamos que ellos plantean más problemas de decisión terapéutica que de técnica quirúrgica. Se realizan consideraciones diagnósticasy terapéuticas analizando un nuevo tipo de lesión, la prodúcida durante las maniobras de diagnóstico cardíaco.
