Aneurisma de arteria hepática abierto en vías biliares
Resumen:
A case of aneurysm of the right hepatic artery surviving after surgery is reported upon. Ligation and obliterating endoaneurysmorrhaphy were carried out. The common duct was reconstructed upon a Kehr tube. The classification of post-traumatic ane rsms is discussed, a difference being ' ablisbed with the intra and extra-hepa. ·e arteriobiliary fistulas with hemobilia. he main differential diagnostic featu: es, as regareis a jaundice with digestive nemorrhage and pain, are pointed out. A survey is carried out of 19 similar cases reported in the literature, the pertient surgical procedures being dealt with.
Se presenta una observación de aneurisma de arteria hepática derecha operada con sobrevida. Se practicó la ligadura y endoaneurismorrafia obliterante de esa rama arterial./Se reconstruyó el colédoco sobre un tubo ·de Kehr. Se discute la clasificación de los aneurismas postraumáticos diferenciándolos de ias fístulas arteriobiliares intra y I extrahepáticascon hemobilia. Se señalan los principales diagnósticos diferenciales a plantear frente a una ictericia con hemorragia digestiva y dolor. Se resumen las 19 observaciones similaresexistentes en la literatura, analizando los procedimientos quirúrgicos aplicados.
