Resumen:
A five centime.tre sector of the splenic artery was implanted in a tunnel of the renal parenchima after reduction of arterial renal flow through progressive clamping of the renal artery. Results were studied by means of renal arteriography and scintillography. A descent of arterial pressure -which had increased as a consequence of previous ischemia was also observed.
Previa disminución del flujo arterial renal mediante clampeo progresivo de la arteria se implantó en un túnel del parénquima renal un sector de 5 cm de arteria esplénica. Se estudiaron los resultados mediante arteriografía renal y centellografía, observándose también un descenso ·de la presión arterial que había aumentado a consecuencias de la isquemia previa.
