Resumen:
Incidental pathology in 4000 operations on the biliar viae isanalysed, finding it is present in 10.3%. The majoritycorresponded to hepatic disease (30.5%), followed bygynecological (21%), parietal (14.4%), colorrectal anddigestive neplasms (12% each), gastroduodenal (6%), andvarious pathologies (6%). In arder to so/ve the technicalproblem they represent, conduct outlines to be followed foreach of the findings of incidental pathology are discussed,and medico-legal problems are established.
Se analiza la patología incidental en 4000 intervencionessobre la vía biliar, hallándose ésta presente en 10.3%. Lamayor proporción correspondió a afecciones hepáticas(30.5%), ginecológicas (21%), parietales (14.4%),colo-rectales y neoplasmas digestivas (12% cada uno),afecciones gastroduodenales (6%) y patologías varias(6%).Se proponen lineamientos de conducta a seguir frente alos hallazgos de patología incidental para resolver elproblema técnico que representan y se deja planteada laproblemática médico-legal
