Right suprarenal incidentaloma. Laparoscopic resection
Incidentaloma suprarrenal derecho. Resección laparoscópica
Resumen:
Introduction: The presence of localized tumors in the adrenal glands, diagnosed incidentally, is a frequent occurrence since more imaging and better resolution studies are currently performed. Content: A 7-minute video is presented showing a clinical case of a 59-year-old patient with a right suprarenal incidentaloma of 5 cm in diameter who underwent surgery, who underwent resection by laparoscopic surgery. Some aspects related to the paraclinical and imaging studies and to the surgical technique and tactics are shown. t was a non-functioning benign adenoma.
